Volunteer Fire-fighter

Emergency, Safety & Rescue

Position Description: Needs to be available sometimes at short notice to respond to vegetation fires and other emergencies in local and neighbouring communities.

Position Location: Turkey Beach

Required Skills / Experience: No experience, skills training and brigade inductions provided. Need to be 16 years (with parental consent) or older, no upper age limit but need to be physically fit.

Gained Skills / Experience: Teamwork, leadership, skills over time, safe bush fire fighting procedures, property protection measures etc.
